Professional Coaching
Coaching empowers individuals to move past barriers, change perspectives and increase perception, create clarity and meaning, and achieve goals in any area of professional or personal life. We ask the right questions, use the appropriate tools, and provide the necessary structure and accountability to identify and achieve these goals. Coaching is done via phone with anyone, anywhere, or in person in the Ann Arbor area.
Organizational assessment
Evaluation of an organization or functional area in a transparent, collaborative manner, to improve performance, prepare for planned leadership succession, or respond to an unanticipated event or other imperative.
Strategic planning
Combining leadership vision with stakeholder engagement and data analysis to develop effective strategic plans that are realistic, aspirational paths to success.
Process improvement
Helping organizations document current state business practices, quantify the associated effort, and design a more efficient, effective future state.
Training and Development
Leadership training supports and encourages high performing teams and organizations. Guideline designs and facilitates experiential learning and development solutions to provide insight, build skill, and improve performance while fostering team bonds. Topics include: communication; leadership; team dynamics; workplace engagement; time, project, and/or change management; strategic thinking; conflict resolution; emotional agility; influence; managing up; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and more.
Facilitation
Design and facilitation of group meetings of various sizes and purposes, including half, full, or multiple day retreats; ongoing support for project, task, or continuous improvement teams; and town halls or other open forums.
