Vincenza is a results-driven executive coach and consultant with a 25+ year proven track record in organizational effectiveness, design, and development through strategic planning, change management, process improvement, leadership and team development, and group facilitation. She leverages her strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills to enable clients to achieve breakthrough results – as individuals, teams, and organizations. She is an enterprising and detail-oriented forward-thinker with keen insight into what solutions best fit client needs.

Vincenza has spent the majority of her career in senior level positions inside large organizations such as the Internal Revenue Service, AAA Michigan, EDS/Hewlett-Packard, Little Caesar Enterprises and the Culinary Institute of America. As a consultant, she has engaged a diverse set of clients in a range of organizational transformation and leadership development initiatives. Ford Motor Company, Robert Bosch Corporation, the University of Michigan, and Jackson National Life have all benefitted from her experience and expertise.

Vincenza’s projects include facilitation of a task force to re-engineer student services operations (financial aid, student accounts, and registrar) due to centralization of services and job requirement changes; guiding account executive and team in strategizing and conducting contract renewal negotiations during severe client budget cutbacks, resulting in a $40,000,000 signed contract; facilitation of dozens of cross-functional, problem-solving and solution-generating workshops from which teams estimated over $240,000,000 in savings based on solution implementation; design of strategic planning sessions for a major non-profit organization serving the homeless in Detroit, and; execution of a five-year strategic plan to increase capacity for emergency shelters and creation of new facilities for long-term supportive housing for citizens unable to live independently.

Education, Certifications, and Professional Associations

Vincenza has a Master of Arts in Leadership and Change from the Graduate Theological Foundation, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan School of Literature, Science, and Arts. She is certified in the Results Coaching methodology and is a member of the Michigan Chapter of the International Coach Federation. She is certified to administer multiple assessment instruments and professional development programs including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional & Social Competence Inventory, Crucial Conversations, and Five Dysfunctions of a Team.
